The work that Chrystal does is absolutely life changing and I don’t say that lightly. I truly mean It. Before my sessions with Chrystal I was in such a rut, I was beyond stressed, stuck and very unhappy with my life. I can firmly say that this work is transformational in literally 8 sessions I can say that I am a completely different person than I was before my first session. I am the happiest that I’ve ever been, I have found a deep inner peace and It truly would not have been possible without her help. It takes time and work but if you’re willing to change your life Chrystal will give you the tools you need. Chrystal has given me the opportunity to change my inner narrative. To find peace within myself. Throughout our sessions, I have faced my inner worst thoughts, fears, experiences and traumas. However, I have been able to find light within those times. She has given me that light. Sometimes it's what we can't see in ourselves that keeps us from clarity. I started my coaching experience with Chrystal with a goal in mind but not knowing how her sessions would help me. I was open and willing to learn. Through conversation, questioning, insight and knowledge, Chrystal helped me realize that my goal was in reach by making some changes in my thought process and keeping a genuine positive underlying focus. I was in physical pain and mental anguish on a daily basis and even months after our last session, I can honestly say that I do not feel the pain or the misery that I was living before starting coaching with Chrystal. As we go through life, we all face ups and downs. Things happen over time in our lives that we never expect, and sometimes we need to look to ourselves for change! I began life coaching with Chrystal with the hope to better understand not only myself and where I was at in my life, but others around me. My goal was to help me prioritize, and better organize my life. After several sessions with Chrystal, she gave me the tools to help me to realize something very important “we are in charge of where we want to be in our own lives”! This is something that everyone needs to experience!! In all areas that we dive into together, Chrystal is a very loving and caring person that only wants the best for you and your outcome.

She gives a very warm, inviting atmosphere for you to be who you are and develop more who you are becoming. She is so knowledgeable and able to give examples where you need them.

Her energy is something I love to be around and always want more!! I always come out of my sessions feeling great and energized with things to work on for the next time. Chrystal is also great with kid’s sessions as well. My son learnt many helping tools and felt very comfortable
