With over 15 years of experience connecting with and helping people of all ages and stages of life, she is inspired to help facilitate transformation and empower you to approach life confidently and with focus. Chrystal has trained with world leading experts in trauma, allowing her to get to the root cause of why we have limitations in our life and relationships. She works with those that are seeking to understand, seeking answers to life's most challenging circumstances, and setbacks - allowing them to experience the freedom of clarity. Chrystal is also profoundly intuitive and encourages others to become acquainted with and develop their intuitive abilities. 

Chrystal holds her MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Windsor. She has a background in holistic health. Chrystal is a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) and Conflict Coach. She is a Certified Life Coach & Advanced Relationship Coach, certified by the official coaching school of Tony Robbins.
